We are shocked and excited to announce that Lucia Bangay has qualified for the NRCHA Celebration of Champions (World Championship). After her first full year of showing in the Youth Boxing category of Reined Cow Horse Competition Lucia has been invited to compete against the world’s best in her event.
Lucia has lived to get horseback since she discovered horses at age 2. After trying multiple equine sports Lucia choose the ever growing sport of Reined Cow Horse for its difficult, dynamic, demand for accuracy, horsemanship excellence and fast paced nature. In Reined Cow Horse events judges watch arena side as rider and horse work together to execute with excellence: a reining pattern and control a cow in the arena. A unique equine sport that features a set environment of a reining pattern and the exciting “X” factor of a cow.
